Hello and welcome! My name is Nick, and I have been a family caregiver to my father for over 10 years. During this time, I had the privilege of caring for my fully-paralyzed father, learning firsthand the challenges and rewards of caregiving. I've also gained invaluable experience hiring, training, and managing both private and agency caregivers, which has given me a deep understanding of the caregiving industry.

Caring for a loved one with a chronic illness or disability is demanding and often overwhelming, but it can also be deeply rewarding. Through my journey, I’ve learned important lessons in patience, resilience, and self-care, and I'm proud to have been a dedicated son and support to my father. Now, I want to share that experience and insight with others who are on their own caregiving path.

In addition to my family caregiving experience, I spent over 3 years working as a support coordinator for special needs adults. I served as a trusted advisor to over 60 individuals and their families across two counties. I earned my SC certification through a collaboration with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities and The Boggs Center at Rutgers University. I take great pride in my work as a Support Coordinator and am passionate about helping others navigate their caregiving challenges.
